Institutional Investor Dialogue (IID)
The Institutional Investor Dialogue serves as a forum for discussing industry developments and structural trends of particular importance for the euro area financial markets.
The objective of this group is to inform the ECB about financial market developments, conditions and practices; risks to the financial system; and steps that could be taken in the public and private sectors to understand and mitigate these risks. The ECB may address questions and concerns raised by the industry with regards to the effects of its policy.
Charter for the Institutional Investor DialogueThe chair of the Institutional Investor Dialogue is the President of the ECB while members consist of ECB Governing Council members and representatives of non-bank financial institutions with a prominent role in the euro area financial markets.
