Selected euro area statistics and national breakdowns
The ECB is responsible for interpreting and publishing the euro area aggregates on its website. The national central banks (NCBs) of the euro area are responsible for interpreting and publishing the national contributions on their respective websites. All the statistics are published simultaneously. Applications may take advantage of the XML option (SDMX-ML format) available under “Download Area” below each table.
Some of the statistics are available in the ECB Data Portal.
As of July 2024 the tables included under Selected euro area statistics and national breakdowns will be discontinued. As an alternative, you can access the underlying data via the ECB Data Portal, under Browse data or Interactive reports. The data can also be downloaded via ECB web services.
